Born from Giuliano Lodi Rizzini, Sapitflex SRL has been operating for 60 years in the sector of mechanical power transmissions and special mechanical processing for high-tech applications.
Today SAPITFLEX is led by the sons Andrea, Sapitflex President and Sales Manager and Alessandro, Sapitflex Foreign Sales Manager and Sole Director of the subsidiary Sapitflex Engineering Srl born in 2008 with the mission of studying and proposing complete services / systems ranging from field supervision to revision of specific equipment, the supply of mechanical components or complexes to replace existing ones, reverse engineering and revamping of machines or plant parts. Design, construction of transmission joints, complete revamping of medium-small plants, mechanical production equipment and machine tools, control and drive units, complete cardan extensions, free wheels; construction of mechanical complexes; overhaul of special pumps and valves, machine tools, heat exchangers; spare parts in special steels and specific treatments, assembly supervision, monitoring of mechanical transmissions and drive units, reverse engineering.
The working methodology, oriented towards the proposition of solutions designed to meet the specific needs of the client, coupled with the high quality level of the proposed products, have allowed a notable affirmation and increase in the applications provided to customers belonging to different sectors of plant and 'manufacturing industry.
Over the years we have worked with the main Italian and European steel producers, companies specializing in steel plants, energy, petrochemicals, the most important energy producers and with leading companies in the naval, transport and automotive sectors.
